The origami ball is a very easy piece of origami to make. The origami ball was actually the first origami I learned how to make. Now I can easily crank out many origami balls, because they are so simple to make, and only take a minute or two. In an earlier post at blog origami I created a guide for learning how to make origami balls. These origami ball instructions can be found here; Make origami balls . The previous instructions are very clear and easy, however if you would rather learn how to make origami balls with video then take a look at this instructional clip.
Although I think my guide is more clear than this video, I just wanted to give my readers the option of learning how to make origami balls with video.

[…] A Humble Guide To Origami check is synoby Chris ChanningnOrigami is the ancient Japanese craft of paper folding. This art form actually began in the sixth century when paper was first introduced to Japan. This means that origami is actually around 1,600 years old.nThe interesting part about origami is that rips, tears, and glue are not commonly used in the making of the shapes and objects that result from an origami session. Instead, only folds and creases might be used in order to create complex animals or objects out of a easy piece of paper. This is ideal seen as the crane, which is a particularly popular form of origami that most should be familiar with.nEssentially there are two types of art when concerning origami. There’s the less skilled origami practiced among newcomers and younger kids, and then the more complicated and intricate shapes that are made by true artists and professionals.nChildren will commonly have experience with creating origami, whether it be from school studies to self curiosity at home. In each case, there can be a lot of frustration present for kids who don’t know how to create complex types of origami. Instead, children should stick to simpler types of origami such as the origami ball, which is explained in greater detail at the links on the bottom of this article.nIt is very simple for a beginner to learn how to make an origami ball, and this is why it is probably a good first origami experience. After one has learned the basic origami pieces, he / she has the ability to move on to make more difficult origami. The origami swan is a medium difficulty origami piece that is a good project for more experience origami makers or anyone who is up for a little bit of a challenge.nOrigami is a fun occasional experience for most people, but a small group of artists have really taken origami to the next level. Origami was previously created by just guessing how to make folds and getting lucky when an interesting shape was created. However, in our post scientific revolution world, mathematics is now being used to design origami pieces.nIn ConclusionnOrigami processes can take hours to finish, which means that a certain level of patience is required for the ideal effect. It isn’t unnatural for a piece of origami to have over 100 folds, such as the swan as mentioned before. Other pieces of advanced origami can even reach over 1,000 folds- so origami should not be observed by the testy or those who lack enough patience to finish a solid piece of art.nnAbout the Author:nHere is an informational resource with Origami instructions videos and for beginners, here is the previously promised guide for learning how to make origami balls.n […]
